Operations Manager Role

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Ensuring the day-to-day operation of a logistics hub, including parcel inbounding, sorting, and inventory control.
  • Conducting team briefings and documenting meeting minutes.
  • Monitoring hub performance to ensure high productivity levels and key performance indicators are met.
  • Generating reports on hub activities and validating their accuracy.
  • Providing support to the customer service team during call-outs for escalated issues.
  • Implementing process improvements to increase hub productivity.
  • Handling payment transactions and coordinating with agency coordinators.
  • Performing other tasks related to hub operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree Holder.
  • At Least 3 Years Related Experience in Logistics, Warehouse, and Distribution. E-commerce fulfillment experience is beneficial.
  • Previous Leadership Role in a Warehouse or Hub Environment.
  • Experience in Payment Processing or Similar Function.
  • Intermediate Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Ability to Work Flexible Hours Depending on Team Schedules.
  • Continuous Learning Mindset with Ability to Perform Administrative Tasks.
