Job Title:

Hub Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in day-to-day hub operations, including parcel handling, sorting, and inventory management.
  • Monitor hub performance to achieve high productivity and efficient KPIs.
  • Review and validate reports to ensure accurate data.
  • Support the Customer Support team with call-outs for customer escalations.
  • Implement process improvements and projects to enhance hub productivity.
  • Handle payment transactions and associated processes.
  • Coordinate with agency teams to oversee operational tasks.
  • Perform other duties as required to support hub operations.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree Holder.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Logistics, Warehouse and Distribution. Experience in e-commerce fulfillment is an advantage.
  • Previous leadership role preferably in a warehouse or hub environment.
  • Experience in payments processing or similar function.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to be assigned anywhere within a designated area.
  • Able to work flexible hours depending on team schedules.
  • Continuous learning mindset; able to perform administrative and operational tasks.
