Job Overview

As a seasoned professional in logistics and supply chain management, you will lead the daily operations of our hub to ensure seamless and efficient functioning. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the smooth execution of day-to-day tasks, guaranteeing that all procedures are followed correctly.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise team members to optimize productivity and efficiency.
  • Ensure adherence to established policies and procedures.
  • Lead regular team briefings and conduct weekly meetings to assess performance.
  • Drive continuous improvement by analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) for the hub.
  • Implement process improvements and projects to boost productivity and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the customer support team to resolve customer escalations.
  • Coordinate with agency teams to manage and support their activities.
  • Perform additional tasks related to overall hub operations as required.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • Previous experience in a leadership role within a logistics or hub environment.
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in the supply chain and logistics industry.
  • Proficiency in e-commerce fulfillment.
  • Experience in hub operations or related fields.
