Operations Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Operations Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hub, ensuring high productivity and efficient achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Assisting in parcel inbounding, sorting, rider dispatch, receiving in-transit parcels, and inventory management.
  • Supporting monitoring of hub performance by ensuring high productivity and efficient achievement of KPIs.
  • Creating, reviewing, and validating reports on hub performance.
  • Assisting the Customer Support team with call-outs to resolve customer escalations.
  • Implementing process improvement initiatives and projects to enhance hub productivity.
  • Handling payment transactions and associated payment processes.
  • Coordinating with agency coordinators to oversee agency teams.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Logistics, Warehouse, and Distribution.
  • Leadership experience in a warehouse or hub environment.
  • Experience in payments processing or similar functions.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • A willingness to work shifts depending on agreed team schedules.
  • A continuous learning mindset and ability to perform administrative tasks.
