Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our hub's daily operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage the day-to-day activities of the hub, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and processes.
  • Enforce adherence to established procedures and regulations, maintaining high standards of performance and quality.
  • Lead team briefings, weekly meetings with staff, and regular assessments of team performance to drive improvement.
  • Continuously monitor and enhance key performance indicators (KPIs) for the hub, identifying areas for growth and optimization.
  • Improve internal processes between the hub and the rest of the operations team, leading to enhanced service level agreements (SLAs).
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in a related field.
  • Proven leadership experience in a logistics or hub environment, having held a senior role in a division or team.
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in the supply chain and logistics industry.
  • Expertise in e-commerce fulfillment.
