Job Title: Operations Hub Coordinator

The ideal candidate for this position will have experience in managing hub operations, including parcel sorting, inventory control, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the day-to-day operation of the hub, ensuring efficient processing and delivery of parcels.
  • Conduct regular team briefings and document meeting minutes.
  • Monitor and improve hub performance by analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Develop and validate reports on hub operations.
  • Support the customer support team in resolving customer complaints.
  • Implement process improvements to increase hub productivity.
  • Handle payment transactions and manage other financial processes.
  • Coordinate with agency teams to oversee their activities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree holder.
  • At least 3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse management, and distribution.
  • Leadership experience in a similar environment is preferred.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and locations.
  • Continuous learning mindset and willingness to take on additional tasks.
