
Sales Solutions Specialist

As an experienced Inside Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in guiding entrepreneurs through business solution decisions and contributing directly to sales targets and process improvements within a fast-paced startup environment.
This mid-level position involves qualifying and closing inbound demo leads by engaging and converting prospects interested in our solutions.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Qualify and close inbound demo leads by engaging and converting prospects interested in our solutions.
- Run discovery and matching prospects to identify customer needs and align them with appropriate plans and features.
- Follow up and nurture leads through multi-touch outreach to advance them through the sales pipeline.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and CRM data, ensuring precise customer information and pipeline status.
- Achieve sales quota and ensure exceptional customer experiences by meeting monthly targets while providing high-quality interactions.

- Clear Communication
- Clear and empathetic communication skills across various channels, translating customer needs into actionable steps and building trust.
- Sales Experience
- Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience and a college degree.
- Technical Adaptability
- Technical adaptability and a team player mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
The ideal candidate will have experience selling financial technology or business solutions and knowledge of tax services. Additional preferred qualifications include initiative in developing outbound strategies and adapting to change in a fast-paced startup environment.
