Job Title: Agreements Specialist

This is a key role in our Sales organization where you will be responsible for reviewing agreements to ensure contractual obligations are met and all required exhibits, attachments, etc. are attached.

You will also perform detailed audits of the Sales Pipeline to ensure agreement values are accurately recorded in a timely manner.

In this position, you will utilize your knowledge of FIS and its various businesses when managing sales processes.

  • Review and analyze agreements to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Perform audits of the Sales Pipeline to identify any discrepancies or issues.
  • Utilize knowledge of FIS and its businesses to manage sales processes.
  • Develop and maintain spreadsheets for financial calculations relating to contract valuation.
  • Prepare contract fee schedules based on proposed pricing and due diligence findings.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Legal Management / Political Science or similar.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of contract processing methodology and pricing strategies.
