The Procurement Specialist is responsible for sourcing and procuring materials, equipment, and services in a timely and cost-effective manner. This role requires strong analytical and negotiation skills to ensure that suppliers meet the company's requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Issue purchase orders to suppliers and ensure that orders received are accurate;">
  • Assist end-users in receiving goods to ensure they are not damaged and of the right quality;">
  • Ensure compliance with regulations throughout the purchasing process;">
  • Work closely with relevant departments to ensure products purchased meet the company's needs;">
  • Maintain current awareness of industry market trends and conduct competitor analysis;">
  • Keep accurate records of purchases made;">
  • Ensure vendors are accredited and checks their accreditation papers;">
  • Perform vendor research and selection to maintain a diverse supplier base;">
  • Maintain cordial working relationships with vendors and supervises vendor activities;">
  • Conduct ongoing market research to identify beneficial purchase agreements and potential vendors;">

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have at least an educational attainment equivalent to a college/bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical or Mechanical) and two years of experience in the field of Purchasing and Procurement in the Property Management and Real Estate Industry. They should also possess good understanding of the principles of purchasing and procurement in the real estate and property management industry.
