
APAC Travel Commerce Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our Partner Success team as an Account Director - Commerce.
This role is crucial in driving the success and growth of our B2B travel commerce partners across products such as flights, hotels, cars, and packages in the APAC region.
- Partner Success Strategy:
- Create and execute a comprehensive strategy for partner success from onboarding to sustained growth, focusing on maximizing partner satisfaction, driving adoption of additional travel products, and increasing overall revenue performance.
- Onboarding and Enablement:
- Lead the onboarding, enablement, and day-to-day engagement for Korean-speaking partners, serving as their advocate within our organization.
- Product Adoption:
- Drive the adoption of new products, features, and upsell opportunities across our travel commerce platform, ensuring seamless integration and customer satisfaction.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve partner issues, ensure smooth operations, and deliver an exceptional partner experience.
- Data-Driven Insights:
- Leverage analytical tools and data to monitor product performance, assess customer feedback, and make informed decisions to optimize product offerings.
About the Role:
This role requires a strong understanding of the APAC market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
