Business Development and Growth Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development and Growth Officer who can help organizations succeed in the digital arena. This exciting opportunity enables you to empower businesses with cutting-edge SaaS solutions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and manage effective digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms.
  • Design and execute marketing strategies to promote SaaS products for businesses.
  • Analyze market trends, conduct competitor research, and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Create engaging content and lead social media campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to design lead generation initiatives and convert prospects into clients.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance to ensure continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Graduate of Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools (social media ads, SEO/SEM, email marketing, analytics).
  • At least 2–3 years of experience preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Creative, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in writing online content.
  • Strong understanding of online sales funnels and SaaS marketing is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal & written).
  • Results-driven with strong organizational and project management skills.
