About the role

We are seeking a talented Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at 3D Container & Packaging Phils., Corp. in Cabuyao City, Laguna. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining strong relationships with our valued clients, driving sales growth and contributing to the overall success of the company. What you'll be doing

  1. Actively prospecting and generating new sales leads through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation activities
  2. Scheduling and conducting meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and present our products and services
  3. Negotiating and closing sales deals, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
  4. Maintaining and expanding existing client relationships through regular communication and proactive account management
  5. Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  6. Monitoring and analysing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  7. Continuously learning about our products, services, and industry to provide expert advice and guidance to clients

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in the packaging or manufacturing industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
  3. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  4. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to navigate complex sales situations
  5. Proficient in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  6. Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth
  7. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
