Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and driven Sales & Marketing Associate to join our team You will help plan and execute marketing campaigns, promote our services, and support brand awareness efforts. If you have a passion for marketing, great communication skills, and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we'd love to hear from you

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities
  • Regularly monitor the sales from the physical store, & online shop
  • Assist in mixing perfume, proper labeling and monitoring of curing process
  • Conduct regular inventory of stocks and ensure timely requests of essentials
  • Create engaging content for social media, email marketing, and other platforms
  • Coordinate and participate in marketing events and company promotions
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Handle inquiries related to marketing and provide excellent customer engagement
  • Stay updated with industry trends to develop effective marketing strategies

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing Management or a related field
  • Strong communication skills (both oral and written)
  • Ability to plan and manage events and marketing activities
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and can work independently or as part of a team
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and content creation is a plus
  • Having a valid driver's license is an advantage
