We are seeking a skilled professional to support our recruitment efforts, helping to attract and acquire top talent to contribute to the company's growth.

Job Overview

The role of Recruitment Specialist is critical in supporting our HR department. This individual will assist in developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract quality candidates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment Support: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and help coordinate recruitment plans.
  • Candidate Sourcing and Screening: Utilize various methods to source and attract potential candidates. Participate in initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Talent Acquisition: Assist in the recruitment process from posting job openings to assisting with offer negotiations. Help maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and job platforms to enhance our employer brand.
  • Employer Branding: Support initiatives that promote the organization's reputation as a desirable place to work.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track and manage candidate information.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
