Job Description

We are seeking an Office Administrator to provide administrative and secretarial support to our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks, including diary management, telephonic calls, and procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the Legal and Corporate Governance Unit.
  • Diary Management: Manage diaries and calendars for senior managers.
  • Communication: Respond to telephonic calls, direct calls, and record messages.
  • Procurement: Administer procurement and payment processes.
Requirements:Qualifications
  • Matric Certificate: A matric certificate with a focus on office administration.
  • Certificate in Office Administration: A certificate in office administration from a recognized institution.
Experience
  • Office Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in an office administration role.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge and experience of standard office administrative practices and procedures, as well as proficiency in MS Office package.
