Revenue Performance Specialist

This role involves optimizing financial outcomes for vacation rental businesses. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, technical expertise, and a natural aptitude for data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage revenue optimization for assigned portfolios.
  • Conduct market analysis to understand local trends and competitive dynamics.
  • Track and analyze problem properties, identifying root causes and implementing solutions.
  • Monitor key performance metrics including occupancy rates, ADR, and RevPAR.
Pricing Strategy:
  • Execute pricing strategy adjustments within the pricing platform.
  • Analyze pricing performance and market positioning for individual properties and portfolios.
  • Implement dynamic pricing strategies based on market conditions and seasonal trends.
Analysis & Reporting:
  • Generate detailed performance reports and insights for client portfolios.
  • Identify revenue growth opportunities through data analysis and market research.
Required Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of experience with revenue management software.
  • Background in hospitality or property management industry preferred.
  • Experience managing revenue for multiple properties simultaneously.
Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency with pricing analytics and revenue management tools.
  • Natural aptitude for learning new software platforms and technology.
  • Comfortable working with data and identifying trends in performance metrics.

  • Excellent communication skills for client interaction and internal collaboration.
