Deliver exceptional property management services by overseeing short- and long-term rental properties, executing strategic hiring practices, financial reporting, acquisitions, and business development initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate maintenance, ensure guest satisfaction, drive marketing efforts, and maintain local regulatory compliance for short-term rentals.
  • Lead the operations of long-term rental properties, foster tenant relationships, establish lease pricing, manage property showings, maintenance, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Spearhead recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, hiring decisions, and onboarding new team members.
  • Prepare comprehensive financial statements and reports, conduct financial analyses, and ensure alignment with industry standards.
  • Pursue profitable real estate investments through valuation, due diligence, negotiation, and relationship building.
  • Drive business growth by identifying opportunities, developing strategies, and conducting market research.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as record organization, correspondence handling, meeting coordination, and supporting management and staff.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Monthly salary: PHP 35,000-70,000
