Job Description

Job Title: Strategic Brand Development Manager

Company Overview: At Career Professionals, Inc., we are committed to excellence in brand development and customer engagement. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth through strategic brand management.

Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze brand positioning, competitors, and consumer insights to develop effective strategies for channel selection and content creation.
  • Establish clear positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across various channels and segments.
  • Design and implement a strategic brand sales plan to expand the company's customer base and ensure a strong presence in the market.
  • Gather customer and market insights to create strategies that deliver business objectives and maintain a strong brand identity.
  • Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to take action.
  • Identify the effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives.
  • Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with management about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uncover insights and strategies for developing and implementing marketing and branding strategies for assigned brands.
  • Manage conception, budgeting, development, and implementation of marketing plans and strategies, product concepts, and promotional programs to improve corporate branding.
  • Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies.
  • Measure and report the performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs.
  • Identify revenue opportunities within our established client base and manage consistent growth of performance.
  • Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establish budget guidelines, participate in events, document business processes, and provide additional sales support.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in brand management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
