We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a remote Customer Service Agent, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer support and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
This is a full-time opportunity that requires a strong commitment to providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. You will troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services, and document customer interactions and issue resolutions in our CRM system.
