Customer Support Role

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to think critically, and a passion for helping others.

  • You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via online chat, email, and phone calls.
  • Clarify customer needs, determine the cause of issues, select and explain the best solution, and follow up to ensure the issue is resolved.
  • Work closely with our technical support team to escalate bugs and resolve complex issues.
  • Participate in creating excellent help documentation for internal use and for customers.
  • Become a SimpleTexting power user, understanding our product inside out.
Requirements
  • At least one year of experience in live chat customer support for a software/SaaS platform (or equivalent).
  • Ability to translate technical ideas into clear language for non-technical audiences.
  • Critical thinking, communication, and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Self-starter, positive attitude, and ability to continuously develop and adapt to a growing team.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects.
  • Familiarity with chat and CRM platforms.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking, actively listening, and building relationships. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have no shame geeking out about business and technology.
