About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide exceptional customer support during night shifts, handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

  4. Document customer interactions and issue resolutions in our CRM system.

  7. Work closely with team members and supervisors to ensure a seamless customer service experience.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in a remote or night shift setting.
  • Experience with CRM software and customer support tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
