Job Title

As a Merchant Onboarding Manager, you will play a key role in driving the success of our customers by helping them get the most value from our platform.

You will be responsible for educating merchants on our features, promotional campaigns, and market insights. You will also build long-lasting relationships with merchants to understand more about their business and identify key success factors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with merchants to drive revenue and ensure operational excellence in their business
  • Educate merchants on StoreHub features, promotional campaigns, and market insights
  • Build long-lasting relationships and trust with merchants to understand more about their business and their key success factors
Requirements:
  • Experience of 1 to 3 years in roles related to Key Account, Merchandising, Retail Business, Business Development
  • A passion for helping small businesses
  • Lots of self-drive with the motivation and desire to succeed
