At GAIC Manpower Services Inc., we are looking for highly skilled individuals to join our team as Sales Performance Specialists. As a Sales Performance Specialist, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with potential customers through effective communication.

About the Role:

  • Our ideal candidate is a results-driven professional with excellent communication and presentation skills, able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • You will be responsible for cold calling potential customers to present our products or services, responding to incoming calls, and using scripts to provide detailed information about our offerings.
  • Your duties will also include asking pertinent questions to understand customer needs, persuading customers to make a purchase, recording customer information accurately, and dealing with complaints or doubts in a professional manner.
  • We are looking for individuals who can think creatively and strategically to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive company reputation.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Prior experience as a telemarketer or in a similar sales/customer service role is required, with a proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas over the phone.
  • Working knowledge of relevant computer programs, such as CRM software, and telephone systems is essential.
  • You should possess excellent communication and presentation skills, be proficient in English, and have skills in negotiation and dealing with complaints.
  • A persistent and results-oriented approach, combined with patience and the ability to handle customer rejection, is crucial for success in this role.
