As a Sales Performance Leader at EASY WAYS CONNECTION CORP, you will play a critical part in driving sales success and growth. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of sales professionals, develop strategies to meet targets, and foster strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Guide a team of area sales representatives to achieve sales targets and provide the necessary training and support to ensure their success.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and meet performance targets.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely manner.
- Communication: Utilize various communication channels to effectively reach the target audience and monitor the performance of the sales team.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with the sales team and senior management. You should also have a strong understanding of sales strategies and techniques, as well as the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
