Product Lifecycle Management Specialist

The Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Specialist will be the system Super User, owning specification and Bill of Materials creation for products across various channels. You'll act as the primary gatekeeper of item data and a key process liaison between teams.
Daily Responsibilities:- Create and maintain specifications, purchasing SKUs, BOMs, and key attributes in the PLM system.
- Track revisions with full versioning logic across product development, compliance upgrades, and sustaining changes.
- Uphold global data standards and field-level validation rules; audit for missing, stale, or duplicated entries.
- Support seasonal update cycles, specification finalization, and sample-triggered lock dates.
- Collaborate with Product Development, Merchandise Planning, Compliance, Quality, Sourcing, and 3PL teams to ensure all product records meet commercialization and certification requirements.
- Join milestone and handoff meetings to capture change requests and align dependencies.
- Act as the Asia-based Super User: handle tickets, train new users, document workflows, and test enhancements.
- Partner with U.S. team on roadmap feedback, field structure upgrades, and audit history improvements.
