">Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute operational strategies to drive user growth and retention
  • Design and manage user operations systems to boost in-app activity and engagement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for timely campaigns and product enhancements
  • Define KPIs and performance metrics, analyze data for insights, and optimize strategies through iterative experimentation
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Community teams to align operations with product vision and user needs
">Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in product operations, growth, or similar roles with ownership from strategy to execution
  • Deep understanding and genuine interest in Web3 and AI technologies
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with experience in working with cross-functional teams
  • Able to define and track key metrics, uncover actionable insights, and continuously refine operational tactics
