About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Product Development Manager to lead our managed services portfolio. This role will oversee the entire product lifecycle, from development to delivery and performance.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • You will build strong partnerships with key vendors and distributors to drive growth, efficiency, and training enablement.
  • Owning the full product lifecycle, you will ensure seamless integration of scalable, vendor-aligned services across SD-WAN, SASE, networking, UCaaS, cloud, IoT, and hardware.
  • Design and integrate services by collaborating with engineering, solution architects, and support teams.
What We Are Looking For
  • Proven experience in managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts, SLAs, and pricing.
  • Background in product lifecycle management, particularly across networking, cloud, UCaaS, and IoT solutions.
  • Strong skills in service design, operational integration, and creating scalable frameworks.
  • Financial acumen in pricing models, budgeting, and cost optimization.
  • A customer-first mindset with experience improving service quality and handling escalations.
  • Knowledge of compliance, risk management, and vendor security assessments.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Support.
