About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Automation Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing lifecycle marketing programs that drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build, test, and deploy emails (batch communications, triggered sends, and lifecycle journeys)
  • Manage and optimize lifecycle marketing programs to achieve quarterly revenue targets
  • Create and execute experiments and A/B tests for one-off emails and longer journeys
  • Prepare production briefs for execution teams to implement campaigns
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, email, and CRM (mortgage/financial services experience a plus)
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (Braze, Salesforce preferred) and analytics platforms
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks
  • Experience in campaign development, creative briefing, and production workflows
  • Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Slack, Google Workspace, and ClickUp
