Product Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Product Development Specialist to lead product and packaging development from concept through execution.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in both product and packaging development processes, with a strong ability to manage timelines and deliverables across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead product and packaging development from concept through execution.
- Analyze product briefs, conducting in-depth research to gather data that clarifies product specifications.
- Serve as the expert for product and packaging review, ensuring all samples meet aesthetic standards, color accuracy, and functional requirements.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Industrial Design, Packaging Engineering, Product Management).
- At least 1-3 years of professional experience in product or packaging development.
- Specific experience in textile or accessories product development is a plus.
