Job Description:

As a strategic partner to multiple organizations, we seek a seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist to spearhead our end-to-end recruitment strategies. This is a highly collaborative role that demands strong interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as the ability to navigate complex processes with ease.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of full-cycle recruiting processes and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Experience in healthcare, human services, or nonprofit settings is highly desirable, but not required.

Key responsibilities include sourcing, screening, and onboarding qualified candidates, managing applicant tracking systems, and conducting phone screens and interviews. The successful candidate will also be responsible for creating and maintaining candidate pools, drafting offer letters, and facilitating new hire onboarding and orientation.

Additional duties may include coordinating with compliance and credentialing staff to ensure all hires meet required qualifications, participating in employee orientation tasks, and attending regular HR and team meetings. A background in HR, business administration, or a related field is preferred, along with AIHR and SHRM certifications.

Benefits:

This position offers a competitive compensation package, including a hourly rate of ₱283.63 PHP per hour. Benefits are ineligible.

Others:

This is a remote, 40-hour per week contractual position. The successful candidate will work closely with department heads, HR staff, and hiring managers to ensure workforce needs are met in a timely and compliant manner. Regular travel is not anticipated.
