We're a dynamic organization seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist to drive our hiring process forward.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for various roles, including operations managers, client success managers, executive assistants, marketers, and HR professionals.
- Craft compelling job advertisements that attract top-tier candidates.
- Vet candidates for skill, speed, ownership, and judgment.
- Partner with department heads to understand the ideal candidate profile.
- Build shortlists, conduct first-round interviews, and drive the hiring process forward efficiently.
You'll be responsible for end-to-end recruiting, from sourcing to closing deals.
