- Handle patient and family calls with professionalism, empathy, and clarity.
- Provide administrative support for insurance verification, prior authorizations, and documentation requirements.
- Cultivate strong relationships with case managers, healthcare professionals, and internal teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation within electronic systems.
- Assist the home health team with scheduling, data entry, and other tasks as needed.
- Previous experience in Virtual Assistance, Administration, or a related field is essential.
- Familiarity with insurance processes, referrals, and prior authorizations is crucial.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and electronic medical record software is necessary.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are required.
