We're looking for a skilled and dedicated professional to join our team as a Senior Digital Mental Health Specialist.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of mental health, technology, and business. As a Senior Digital Mental Health Specialist, you'll play a key role in developing and implementing digital solutions that promote employee well-being and resilience.

Your primary responsibility will be to create engaging and effective digital content, including interactive learning materials, psychological exercises, and assessments. You'll also work closely with our product development team to ensure that our digital tools are user-friendly and meet the needs of our clients.

In addition to your technical skills, you'll need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You'll be working closely with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about mental health, has experience in digital content creation, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create high-quality digital content, including interactive learning materials, psychological exercises, and assessments.
  • Work closely with our product development team to design and implement digital tools that meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.
  • Contribute to the development of our digital mental health platform, ensuring that it remains user-friendly and effective.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in mental health and digital solutions.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business, Communications, Behavioral Science, or a related field.
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Comfortable working with corporate clients and explaining mental health concepts in a practical way.
  • Experience in content creation, e-learning, instructional design, or business communication is a plus.
  • Proficiency in graphic design and video creation tools is highly desirable.
  • Understanding of mental well-being or behavioral science (formal psychology training is helpful but not required).
  • Interest in AI-driven product development and digital mental health solutions.
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving, creative environment.
