We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support the Founder of a fast-growing real estate company.

About The Role

This is not a typical Executive Assistant position. We are looking for a strategic partner and force multiplier who can act as the right hand to the Founder.

Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to bring order to chaos and protect the Founder's time and attention as if it were your own.

You will be the central hub of the Founder's personal and professional life, responsible for everything from managing a complex, ever-changing calendar to handling personal logistics and acting as the primary gatekeeper for their inbox.

The ideal candidate is a relentless problem-solver who thrives in a dynamic environment and gets deep satisfaction from anticipating needs and making things happen.

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)
  • Manage and Strategically Optimize the Founder's Calendar
  • Live in the Founder's Inbox
  • Handle Personal and Professional Travel Logistics
  • Manage Personal Logistics
  • Drive Communication and Follow-up on Key Initiatives
  • Proactively Identify and Solve Administrative Bottlenecks
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Chief of Staff supporting founders, entrepreneurs, or C-level executives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex logistical problems creatively and with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Tech-savvy and highly proficient with Google Workspace and modern productivity tools.
