Job Description

Nurture strong relationships with partners by delivering exceptional service and fostering trust and loyalty. Address partners' needs promptly, recommend product or service enhancements, and utilize company resources efficiently to resolve issues and contribute to partner satisfaction and retention.

This role is responsible for managing operational tasks including order processing, invoice reviews, billing audits, and case management to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely resolutions.

The specialist will work closely with partners to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.

Responsibilities
  • Business Process Management: Ensure accurate and efficient order processing, invoice reviews, billing audits, and case management to maintain trust and meet service levels.
  • Order Processing: Handle partner orders accurately and efficiently to build trust and meet service level agreements.
  • Invoice Reviews: Verify invoice accuracy and resolve discrepancies to facilitate smooth financial transactions.
  • Billing Audits: Assess billing processes to ensure adherence to policies and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Case Management: Oversee and resolve partner-related cases, delivering timely and effective solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent experience; 3–5 years of dedicated customer or partner service experience.

2+ years of applicable customer or partner service support within the contact center industry.

Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines; strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Self-motivated with ability to prioritize and handle pressure; availability to work largely during partners' core business hours with occasional extended hours and on-call as needed.

Experience Preferred
  • In-depth knowledge of NiCE CX products and related technologies, especially for assigned accounts.
