Job Description

As a Partner Support & Solutions Specialist, you will deliver technical and business solutions that empower APAC resellers and distributors. From guiding implementations to supporting consultative sales, you'll help partners unlock new opportunities and drive customer success across the region.

The Qualifications We Seek

  • 2+ years of experience in SaaS partner support, technical consulting, or channel enablement roles.
  • Proven ability to solve technical and business challenges with a customer-first mindset.
  • Strong collaboration skills with account management, product, and engineering teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Familiarity with no-code platforms or workflow automation tools (Zapier, Workato, Make).
  • Bonus: Experience enabling resellers, distributors, or channel partners to drive revenue.
  • Bonus: Knowledge of field service, construction, or compliance-driven industries.

Your Daily Tasks

  • Partner with account managers to deliver proactive technical and business support to APAC resellers and distributors.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, designing solutions and delivering value to customers.
  • Provide expert guidance on platform capabilities, integrations, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with partners to uncover new use cases and recommend workflows.
  • Support partner and customer meetings with technical scoping and consultative selling.
  • Act as a key escalation point for complex partner issues.
  • Contribute to partner enablement resources tailored to the APAC market.
  • Continuously enhance partner experience to accelerate adoption and sales.
