ESCA Engineering is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, driving growth, and ensuring the company's sustained profitability.

- Utilize data-driven insights to identify new market segments and opportunities for service expansion.
- Develop and implement detailed business plans that align with the company's strategic objectives.
- Set realistic and achievable goals for business development, focusing on both short-term and long-term growth.
- Prepare financial models, sales forecasts, and risk assessments to support business plans.
- Collaborate with senior management to refine and adjust business strategies based on market conditions and performance metrics.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by building and maintaining relationships with potential clients.
- Lead negotiations and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients and projects.
- Foster relationships with industry partners, stakeholders, and key decision-makers.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote services and establish connections.
- Set and achieve sales targets, ensuring the company meets its revenue goals.

- Track and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management.

- Lead and mentor the business development and sales teams, providing guidance and support to achieve targets.

- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a closely related field.
- A Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related discipline is highly desirable and considered a strong asset.
- A minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in business development, sales, marketing, or a related role within a fast-paced and dynamic industry.
- Experience in driving business growth and achieving key performance indicators.
- Demonstrated and verifiable track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets, contributing significantly to business expansion and revenue growth.
- Experience in developing and executing successful sales strategies that align with company objectives.
- In-depth knowledge of market research techniques, including qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
- Proven ability to analyze market data, identify trends, and leverage insights to inform strategic business decisions and develop competitive strategies.
- Extensive experience in creating comprehensive business plans, including market analysis, financial projections, and risk assessments.
- Ability to design and implement effective business strategies that drive sustainable growth and competitive advantage.
- Exceptional skills in building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Experience in understanding client needs, delivering customized solutions, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Proven leadership experience in managing and motivating teams to achieve high performance.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Strong focus on results, with a commitment to continuous improvement and team development.
- Advanced proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, including platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent.
- Strong command of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant tools for business analysis and reporting.
- Strong capability to analyze complex market trends, financial data, and competitive landscapes.
