Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Team Lead. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving results aligned with our stated goals for performance metrics, telephony metrics, utilization, productivity, attendance, and attrition.

Our ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and the ability to take the lead in making improvements and resolving issues. They will also have excellent communication skills and be able to effectively manage time and keep track of multiple schedules, meetings, and initiatives.

  • Manage Administrative Responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop, train, and manage team members, as well as strengthen relationships by establishing and maintaining communication with clients and/or team members. You will also be responsible for keeping morale high by ensuring motivational programs are in place and encouraging frequent recognition.

  • Influence the Lives of Others

As a Team Lead, you will impact the bottom line by producing solid and effective strategies based on accurate and meaningful data reports and analysis, or keen observations. You will also define Sutherland's reputation by overseeing and managing performance and service quality to guarantee customer satisfaction.

  • Keep Morale High

Qualifications:

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree or Associate Degree is preferred but not required.
  • Experience in managing a team of 18 to 20 associates.
  • Experience and first-hand knowledge in a Tech or Telco environment on a customer service line of business.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills; the ability to take the lead in making improvements and resolving issues.
  • Strong customer orientation when managing communications and issues.
  • The ability to efficiently manage time and keep track of multiple schedules, meetings, and initiatives.
  • Knowledge of metrics, their measurements, thresholds, targets, and process owners.
  • A proactive attitude towards developing trust and professional rapport with employees and team members; the ability to be a team player.

Internal Requirements:

Must have FY24/FY25PDP rating of Exceeds Expectations (4) or Outstanding (5)

Tenure of at least 18 months
