Job Title: Production Team Leader
  • Supervise daily production activities and optimize processes to meet targets.
  • Evaluate line manpower and ensure efficient production runs, training personnel for smooth operations.
  • Identify team challenges and provide continuous support, maintaining quality standards.
  • Enhance supervisory skills through leadership development programs, address bottlenecks, and report incidents.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, establish employee development programs, and record attendance accurately.
  • Maintain a safe working environment, implement procedures, and track employee attendance in database systems.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports for management and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in production supervision or management.
  • Proven track record of achieving production targets and improving operational efficiency.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
