Job Summary

Designs Ligna is looking for a highly organized and experienced Production Manager to lead and coordinate the technical operations of our furniture manufacturing facility. This role is central to ensuring all teams, processes, and timelines are aligned for efficient and high-quality production. The ideal candidate is both a systems thinker and a hands-on leader, capable of managing documentation, tracking schedules, and maintaining strong communication across departments.

This is a senior leadership position reporting directly to the Vice President.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and align all operational workflows across the production facility
  • Develop and implement systems and processes to support efficiency and consistency
  • Review and validate all working documentation, including cutting lists, BOMs, cost sheets, purchase orders, sales orders, and build plans
  • Manage and update production schedules using tools such as Gantt charts
  • Coordinate tasks and timelines between departments, ensuring accountability and on-time execution
  • Conduct quality checks at key stages of the manufacturing process to uphold craftsmanship and accuracy
  • Communicate production progress and updates to the sales team and their clients
  • Drive continuous improvement across systems, documentation, and production flow

Qualifications

  • College graduate, ideally in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field
  • Experience in project management or furniture manufacturing is a strong advantage
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in production planning tools such as Gantt charts
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities
  • Fast learner, team player, and committed to excellence
  • Lives in Cavite or commutable distance to Carmona factory
