Leadership Role

This is a senior management position responsible for overseeing and directing the operations of a BPS call center. The ideal candidate will have expertise in the Life & Annuities domain, with at least 8 years of experience in L&A and overall experience of 15+ in the BPS call center space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and compliance.
  • Lead and mentor a team of managers, senior analysts, and analysts to achieve high performance standards.
  • Analyze data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize business outcomes.
  • Ensure that the team meets or exceeds performance targets and quality standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proven experience in business process transactions and strategic decision-making.
  • Proficiencies in business process management and optimization techniques.
