About the Role

We're looking for a skilled professional to serve as a direct support function to our most valued customers. As our ideal candidate, you will be a critical piece of our land and expansion efforts.

The role involves championing customer success, sharing deep product knowledge, providing innovative solutions, building relationships, and driving growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong customer relationships and serve as a trusted partner
  • Proactively drive adoption across multiple product technology stack to ensure customers maximize ROI
  • Manage Adoption Campaigns through regular updates in SFDC
  • Ensure customer satisfaction: facilitate QBRs, execute on mutual success plans, address technical demands, engage resources to handle issues and escalate in a timely manner
  • Mitigate churn risk and protect portfolio MRR growth
  • Maintain and grow monthly recurring revenue for our most valued customers
  • Project Management - quarterback internal and external initiatives
  • Act as sales liaison, build internal relationships to drive growth expansion inside accounts, manage partner relationships to support premium customers
  • Partner cross-functionally with support, professional services, sales and marketing segments to create customer success driving positive satisfaction and account growth
Desired Qualifications

We are seeking an individual with 3-7 years plus of direct enterprise-level customer success experience. Proven track record of success exceeding customer satisfaction and adoption goals is required.

Candidates should possess a rare blend of technical expertise and sales acumen wrapped in a customer-centric mentality.

A strong analytical, problem-solving, and dot-connecting skills with the ability to develop quick situational awareness is essential.

Experience interacting with C-level executives and influencing them is highly desired.
