Sales Growth Specialist

Beacon Solutions, Inc. is a leading provider of IT solutions, and we are seeking an experienced Sales Growth Specialist to play a critical role in managing and maintaining our client acquisition efforts through effective communication and account penetration strategies.
This role will be responsible for generating leads via cold calling, emailing, and other lead-generation activities, as well as handling incoming queries and building good client relationships.
The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of experience as a sales development representative, telemarketer or other similar roles, primarily handling IT solutions, and will possess strong research and analytical skills, as well as good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Building a sales funnel generating leads via cold calling, emailing, and other lead-generation activities (Outbound Sales)
Handling incoming queries and building good client relationships (Inbound Sales)
Ensuring all leads are well qualified by identifying the correct decision makers and understanding their requirements
Collaborating with the marketing team to create account penetration strategies and materials
Initiating client acquisition cycle and hand over qualified leads to the business development managers with the objective of closing the sale
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or any IT related course
At least 2 years of experience as a sales development representative, telemarketer or other similar roles, primarily handling IT solutions
Familiarity with IT solutions and business-cases
Affinity towards different aspects of marketing
Strong research and analytical skills
Capable of cross-team collaboration
Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Flexible and agile in the management of tasks and responsibilities
