About the Role

The Sales Support Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, prospecting, and qualifying new clients to help expand our customer base.

This role involves lead generation, cold calling, and collaborating with sales, marketing, and project delivery teams to identify customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop effective communication plans to engage with target companies
  2. Schedule calls with prospective clients via phone and email, including cold calling
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support revenue targets
  4. Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries
Requirements

Qualifications:

  1. At least 3 years' experience in lead generation and cold calling
  2. Experience in sales and lead generation processes
  3. Familiarity with lead generation tools and CRM platforms
  4. Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
  5. Research skills to create effective client communication plans

Preferred Skills:
