Job Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our team at LeadAdvisors. As a leading provider of financial services and loan products, we offer a unique opportunity for career growth and development.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Drive Revenue Growth: Sell our financial services and loan products to potential clients.
  2. Build Client Relationships: Develop strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs, and providing suitable loan options.
  3. Meet Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements

  1. Experience: Sales experience, preferably in a US campaign or handling US clients.
  2. Skills: Excellent communication skills, persuasive, and able to handle objections effectively and with confidence.
  3. Availability: Willingness to work US hours (night shift in the Philippines).
  4. Equipment: Ability to provide own equipment for WFH setup (at least i5 laptop or desktop with 16GB RAM, internet speed of 95MBPS LAN).
  5. Travel Relocation: Willingness to travel or relocate to Quezon City if no equipment available at home.
