Job Overview

A business development manager is responsible for leading a team of virtual assistants to ensure alignment between the virtual assistant's performance and the client's expectations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • The role involves managing day-to-day operations, planning, and problem-solving for Medical Client-VA pairs to meet targets.
  • The position requires partnering with clients to create task lists for productivity and profitability.
  • The ideal candidate will assist clients in growing their businesses through Global Medical services.
  • The individual must be able to manage Medical Client-VA relationships and fulfill client needs.
  • Mitigating concerns, anticipating growth, identifying patterns, handling situations, escalations, negotiations, and more are key aspects of this role.
Requirements:
  • PREFERRED: A degree in medical or healthcare-related field.
  • At least three years of Healthcare/Medical Management/Remote Management experience.
  • High proficiency in English (written and oral).
  • The ability to work under pressure and collaborate with high-level professionals.
  • Self-starter, motivated, focused, organized, and growth-oriented individuals are preferred.
  • Training and Development experience is a plus but not required.
  • The ability to think outside the box and create solutions when needed is essential.
  • Efficiency with MS Office applications and Google Suite is also necessary.

  • Computer: Intel Core i5-5000 or AMD Ryzen 5 or higher.
  • Memory/RAM: 8.00 GB.
  • Operating System: Windows 10/11 64-bit or macOS Ventura.
  • Headset: USB-type headset with noise-cancelling feature.
  • Camera: Capable of clear video output.
