  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRIS software.
  • The ability to handle sensitive employee information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • A problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.
