Job Summary

Asticom Technology Inc. is seeking a highly organized and communicative Employee Services Coordinator to manage the company's employee benefits programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR or a related field and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Benefits Administration: Manage and maintain accurate records of employee benefits, ensure timely processing of claims, and resolve any issues or inquiries in a professional manner.
  2. Employee Communication: Develop and implement effective communication strategies to educate employees about their benefit options, eligibility, and plan details.
  3. Collaboration with Service Providers: Work closely with benefits providers and third-party administrators to maintain smooth plan operations.
  4. Supporting HR Initiatives: Collaborate with the HR team on various projects and initiatives, providing support as needed.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree: Any relevant field of study.
  • Work Experience: 6 months to 1 year of experience in HR or a related field.
  • Key Skills: Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, organizational abilities, excellent communication skills, and ability to work independently.
Work Schedule:

This is a full-time position requiring onsite work. You must be amenable to working in BGC and QC and willing to adapt to a mid-shift schedule from 3pm-12am.
