Benefits Administrator and Systems Coordinator

The HR Benefits Implementation and Technical Specialist role is responsible for supporting the design and implementation of employee benefits programs worldwide. This position acts as a partner to various teams, ensuring that benefits requirements are well stated to facilitate the design of all plans.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Benefits Design**: Facilitate the setup of various benefit plans, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programs. Work with relevant teams to understand specific requirements and nuances of each plan.
2. **System Testing and Review**: Conduct system testing to ensure reliability and accuracy of benefits platforms. Create benefit test scripts, validate them with regional teams, and coordinate with vendors to update benefit designs.
3. **Leaves Management**: Obtain information across the globe for decision making. Extract relevant information from existing policies and practices, and coordinate with various teams for proper understanding of current leave plans.
4. **Vendor Management**: Work with regional teams and external vendors to implement system updates, enhancements, and integrations. Conduct research and analysis to identify ways to continuously improve global benefits offerings.
About the Ideal Candidate
We are seeking an experienced professional with a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience working with Benefit Administration and HCM platforms. Strong analytical and technical skills, along with the ability to operate independently and in a team setting, are essential for this role.
