Virtual Coach Position

This is a challenging role that requires exceptional leadership skills and a passion for coaching.

The Virtual Coach will be responsible for guiding a team of assistants, providing regular check-ins and coaching sessions, and monitoring performance against company standards.

Key responsibilities include building strong relationships with team members, providing guidance and support, taking actions to decrease attendance issues and assistant idle time, facilitating and overseeing client-assistant onboarding, recognizing and facilitating additional client needs, communicating with clients regarding assistant performance and quality concerns, offering assistant replacement when needed, monitoring daily assistant performance and stats in coordination with other departments, reviewing output to ensure it meets client standards, maintaining, documenting, and tracking KPIs and metrics, strategizing to hit goals and improve areas of opportunity, coordinating with other departments for assistant or client-related concerns, sending feedback to Matching for assistant rematching, attending weekly meetings and reporting to direct manager regarding team status, and assisting in troubleshooting technical issues, payment problems, and software concerns.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Minimum 6 months of supervisory experience, preferably in a remote work environment
  • At least 1 year of experience in account management, client services, or operations
  • Proficiency in learning new software platforms and implementing effective performance management strategies
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, establish priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
